Biography
Roy Cheung Yiu-Yeung (Chinese: 張耀揚) is a Hong Kong actor, born on 20 July 1963 in British Hong Kong. He began his career as a model before making his acting debut in Yonfan's Lost Romance (1986).
Cheung became known for villainous and gangster roles, starting with Ringo Lam's City on Fire (1987) and Prison on Fire (1987). He appeared in the Young and Dangerous series (1996–2000) and collaborated frequently with Andrew Lau. Notable credits include The Mission (1999), Infernal Affairs II (2003) and Exiled (2006). He received the Golden Bauhinia Award for Best Supporting Actor for The Mission. His final screen role was in Just Another Margin (2014).
