Biography
Roz Weinman is a television producer and writer, also credited as Rosalyn Weinman. She contributed as writer and story on episodes of the series Law & Order (1990). She later worked as producer, supervising producer, co-executive producer and executive producer on the programme between 2001 and 2005.
Weinman held comparable producing roles on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999) and Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2001). She also wrote an episode of Law & Order: UK (2009). Earlier, she served as an NBC executive in standards and practices and oversaw East Coast entertainment programming, including the Law & Order franchise.
She was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series as a producer on Law & Order in 2002. Weinman was co-executive producer of the television film She Cried No (1996).
