Biography
Ruengrit Changkwanyuen is a Thai-American diver and IT professional who appears as himself in documentaries about the 2018 Tham Luang cave rescue. He is credited as Self on the 2021 documentary film The Rescue, directed by Jimmy Chin and Elizabeth Chai Vasarhelyi, and as Self on the 2020 documentary 13 Lost: The Untold Story of the Thai Cave Rescue.
Changkwanyuen, who worked as an information technology launch manager for General Motors in Thailand, contributed to the rescue operation as a dive specialist and coordinator. He is also credited as a stunt performer on the 2022 television series Thai Cave Rescue.
