Biography
Rupert Walters is a British screenwriter and writer for film and television. His credits include the screenplay for Restoration (1995), directed by Michael Hoffman and adapted from the novel by Rose Tremain, and Some Girls (1988), also directed by Hoffman.
Walters wrote episodes for the BBC series Spooks (also known as MI-5), including episodes from series 3, 4 and 6. Other film writing credits include True Blue (1996) and Privileged (1982). He has also co-written the three-part series Ambassadors (2013) with James Wood.
