Biography
Rushi Kota is an Indian American actor. Born on 16 April 1987 in Secunderabad, India, he was raised in Queens, New York. He studied industrial management technology and business administration at Farmingdale State College before earning an MFA in acting from Harvard University, which included a residency at the Moscow Art Theater School in Russia.
Kota began appearing in television and film in the early 2010s. He is known for recurring roles as Dr Vik Roy in Grey's Anatomy (2017) and Prashant in Never Have I Ever (2020–2022). Other credits include appearances in 9-1-1 (2018), The Morning Show (2019), iCarly (2021), CSI: Vegas (2021) and Chicago Fire (2012). In film, he played Baiju Bhatt in Dumb Money (2023).
