Biography
Russell Bacon ACS is an Australian cinematographer. He has worked extensively in television drama, serving as director of photography on the series Farscape (2000–2003) and its miniseries sequel Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars (2004).
His other credits include the television film My Brother Jack (2001), for which he received the ACS Gold Tripod award and the Milli Award for Australian Cinematographer of the Year in 2002, as well as series such as Big Sky (1997–1999), Packed to the Rafters (2008–2013) and Sea Patrol (2007–2011). He is a member of the Australian Cinematographers Society, accredited in 2003.
