Biography
Russell Marcus is an American television writer and producer. He was born on 28 October 1956 in Haworth, New Jersey.
Marcus wrote episodes of The Golden Girls (1985), including 'Big Daddy's Little Lady' (1986), 'And Then There Was One' (1987) and 'To Catch a Neighbor' (1987). He contributed to Full House (1987) and Married... with Children (1987), serving as writer, teleplay writer and later producer on the latter. He created the animated series Brandy & Mr. Whiskers (2004) and the sitcom Family Rules (1999), and wrote for Parker Lewis Can't Lose (1990) and Fudge (1995).
