Biography
Ryan Eggold is an American actor. He was born on 10 August 1984 in Lakewood, California, and graduated from Santa Margarita Catholic High School in 2002 before earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Southern California's theatre department in 2006.
His television credits include recurring roles in 90210 (2008–11) as Ryan Matthews and The Blacklist (2013–17) as Tom Keen, as well as the lead role of Dr Max Goodwin in New Amsterdam (2018–23). On film he has appeared in BlacKkKlansman (2018) as Walter Breachway, Fathers and Daughters (2015), Never Rarely Sometimes Always (2020) and The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Them (2014). Eggold also wrote, directed, produced and scored the feature Literally, Right Before Aaron (2017), which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
