Biography
Ryô Horibe is a Japanese visual effects artist and cinematographer. He was born in 1974 in Kumamoto, Japan.
He has worked primarily with Digital Frontier. Horibe served as CG director on the animated films Wolf Children (2012), The Boy and the Beast (2015), Mirai (2018), Belle (2021) and Scarlet (2025). He was also credited as cinematographer on Wolf Children and The Boy and the Beast.
