Biography
Sabu Cyril is an Indian production designer and art director. He has worked on more than 100 feature films across Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada cinema.
He graduated from the Government College of Fine Arts, Chennai. Cyril began his career as a freelance graphics designer before moving into film as an art director in 1988. He is known for his production design on Bāhubali: The Beginning (2015), Bāhubali 2: The Conclusion (2017) and RRR (2022), as well as earlier work on Enthiran (2010), Om Shanti Om (2007) and Main Hoon Na (2004).
Cyril has received four National Film Awards for Best Production Design and multiple Filmfare Awards for Best Art Direction.
