Biography
Sam Harper is an American screenwriter, film director and producer. He worked as a reporter and associate editor for the trade publication Advertising Age before moving to California as a story analyst.
His screenwriting credits include Rookie of the Year (1993), Just Married (2003), Cheaper by the Dozen (2003), Cheaper by the Dozen 2 (2005), Open Season (2006) and Rio (2011). He also directed and co-wrote House Broken (2009). He is the brother of actress Jessica Harper and composer William Harper.
