Biography
Sam Neave is a British-American filmmaker who works as a writer, editor, producer and director. He is credited as writer, additional editor and producer on the HBO documentary series The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst (2015–2024).
Neave wrote and directed the features Cry Funny Happy (2003), which premiered at Sundance, First Person Singular (2009) and Almost in Love (2011). He received three Primetime Emmy nominations for his work on The Jinx – Part Two, including for writing and producing.
