Biography
Sarah Allen is a Canadian actress. Born on 1 September 1980 in Nelson, British Columbia, she studied acting at the National Theatre School of Canada and graduated in 2002. She began her professional career in 2003.
Allen is known for her recurring role as the vampire Rebecca Flynt in the Syfy series Being Human (2011–2014). Her other television credits include appearances in Suits (2011), Warehouse 13 (2009), Nikita (2010), Murdoch Mysteries (2008), The Expanse (2015) and Five Days at Memorial (2022). Film roles include Secret Window (2004) and On the Road (2012).
