Biography
Sarita Wooton was a Cuban-born actress who appeared in several Hollywood films in the late 1930s, primarily in child roles. She was born on 7 April 1928 in Santiago de Cuba and died on 21 September 2018.
She is known for playing Cathy as a child in Wuthering Heights (1939). Her other credits include The Light That Failed (1939) as Maisie as a Girl, On Your Toes (1939) as Vera as a Girl, Papa Soltero (1939) as Lolita, and El trovador de la radio (1938) as Rosita. She was also credited under the name Sarita Wooten and was married to Casme Saavedra from 1967 until their divorce in 1975.
