Biography
Sasha Stewart is a television writer and producer. She was a staff writer on the 2025 FX limited series Dying for Sex and wrote and co-produced the 2021 Netflix docuseries Amend: The Fight for America.
Her other credits include writing for The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore (2015–2016) and The Fix. Stewart, a Columbia College film alumna, has a background in improv and sketch comedy. She contributes to The New Yorker and McSweeney's, and has written for the Peabody Awards podcast We Disrupt This Broadcast. She won a Peabody Award and a Writers Guild of America Award for her work on Dying for Sex, as well as a 2025 Media Access Award.
