Biography
Scott Deckert is an American actor, also credited as Scotty Dickert. He has appeared in numerous television series, often in guest roles, as well as several films.
His credits include the role of Photographer Toby in Stranger Things (2016), John in The Walking Dead (2010), Noisy Neighbor Ziggy in Venom (2018), Morris Richman in Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013), Adam in The Rookie (2018), Evan in Modern Family (2009), a Masked Man in Yellowstone (2018), Jacob Marrow Jr. in Purple Hearts (2022), and Bobby in NCIS (2003). He has also worked as a producer and contributed to soundtracks.
