Biography
Scott Silveri is an American television writer and producer. He worked on the NBC sitcom Friends from 1996 to 2004, contributing as a writer, story editor, executive story editor and in various producer roles up to executive producer.
He co-created the Friends spin-off Joey (2004–2006) with Shana Goldberg-Meehan, whom he married in 2006 after meeting at the Harvard Lampoon. Silveri created the series Go On (2012) and Speechless (2016), and co-created Perfect Couples (2010) with Jon Pollack. He also wrote for Mad About You.
