Biography
Seamus Dever is an American actor. Born on 27 July 1976 in Flint, Michigan, he is best known for his role as Detective Kevin Ryan in the television series Castle (2009–2016).
Dever completed undergraduate studies at Northern Arizona University and holds MFAs in acting from the Moscow Art Theatre and Carnegie Mellon University. He has made guest appearances in series including NCIS (2003), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000), The Rookie (2018) and Titans (2018). He is married to actress Juliana Dever, who appeared on Castle as his character's wife.
