Biography
Sébastien Birchler is a French production designer and art director. He studied at the École des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and began his career in painting before moving into set design for television and cinema.
Birchler has worked on numerous French feature films and television productions. His credits include production design on Timbuktu (2014), the Belle et Sébastien series (2013–2018), Capital (2012), School of Life (2017) and The Colors of Fire (2022). He received a César Award nomination for best production design for The Colors of Fire.
