Biography
Sébastien Vaniček is a French film director and screenwriter. He began his career with short films including 299 792 458 m/s (2015), Mayday (2015) and Crocs (2018).
His feature debut, the horror film Infested (2023, also known as Vermin), premiered at the Venice International Film Festival and won awards including Best Director and Best Film at Fantastic Fest. He wrote and directed Evil Dead Burn (2026), the sixth film in the Evil Dead franchise.
