Biography
Seigo Hosogoe is a Japanese film producer. He is credited as producer on Tampopo (1985), directed by Jūzō Itami, alongside Itami and Yasushi Tamaoki.
Hosogoe worked on several other Itami films, including The Funeral (1984), A Taxing Woman (1987), A Taxing Woman's Return (1988), Tales of a Golden Geisha (1990) and Minbo, or the Gentle Art of Japanese Extortion (1992). His producing credits extend from the late 1970s to the mid-1990s.
