Biography
Seishi Minakami is a Japanese screenwriter. He was born in Kumamoto in 1967.
He co-wrote the screenplay for the 2006 animated film Paprika with director Satoshi Kon, having previously contributed to Kon's television series Paranoia Agent (2004).
Minakami has worked extensively in anime, serving as writer or series composition on series including Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (2009), A Certain Magical Index (2008), A Certain Scientific Railgun (2009) and No. 6 (2011).
