Seth Caplan is an American film producer. Born in Chicago on 15 April 1977, he graduated from the Plan II program at the University of Texas.

His producing credits include In Search of a Midnight Kiss (2007), The Young Kieslowski (2014), First Girl I Loved (2016), Blood Fest (2018), Mercy Black (2019), It's a Wonderful Knife (2023) and Brooklyn 45 (2023). He received the Independent Spirit John Cassavetes Award for In Search of a Midnight Kiss and the Sundance Film Festival Audience Award (NEXT) for First Girl I Loved.

Caplan is a producer on I Want Your Sex (2026), directed by Gregg Araki.
