Biography
Shake Tukhmanyan is an Armenian-born American actress. She was born on 5 December 1951 in Yerevan, Armenia, and studied at the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinematography from 1968 to 1971.
Tukhmanyan made her screen debut in the 1973 Armenian film Hayrik (also known as The Father), in which she played Lusine. She later appeared in both Armenian and international productions, including the role of Mrs. Erganian in Sideways (2004) and Irina Orlov in Lord of War (2005). She has also worked in Armenian television series such as Carte Blanche (2016).
