Biography
Shakka Philip, known professionally as Shakka, is a British singer, songwriter and record producer. He composed the music for the E4 comedy series Chewing Gum (2015–2017), working with creator Michaela Coel on original tracks for both seasons.
Philip released his debut major-label EP The Lost Boys in 2015, which included the single "Say Nada". He received MOBO Awards for Best R&B/Soul Act in 2015 and 2016. His other credits include soundtrack contributions to films and series such as Work It (2020) and Man Down (2013).
