Biography
Shana Goldberg-Meehan is an American television writer and producer. She contributed to 146 episodes of the NBC sitcom Friends (1994) across eight seasons, beginning as a story editor and rising to executive producer for the final three seasons. She also wrote episodes of Mad About You (1992).
Goldberg-Meehan co-created the Friends spin-off Joey (2004) with Scott Silveri, serving as executive producer; the pair married in 2006. She later created the sitcom Better with You (2010) and wrote episodes of Speechless (2016). She is the daughter of television writer and producer Gary David Goldberg.
