Biography
Shane Powers is an American actor born on 28 November 1970 in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from Omaha Northwest High School.
His early television credits include the role of Guy #1 in the 1994 series My So-Called Life and appearances in 3rd Rock from the Sun (2000–2001). He had a recurring role as Specs in the Black Scorpion television series and films between 1995 and 2001.
Powers played Dale in the 2022 film Babylon. He has also appeared in other projects including Luster (2002) and The Jellies! (2015, 2019).
