Biography
Shannon Chan-Kent is a Canadian actress and voice actress. She was born on 23 September 1988 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
She graduated with bachelor's and master's degrees in opera performance from the University of British Columbia and has performed as a soprano with the Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra. Chan-Kent is known for voice roles including the singing voice of Pinkie Pie, as well as Silver Spoon and Smolder, in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic (2010–2019), Trixie in Slugterra (2012–2016), and Amy Rose and related characters in Sonic Prime (2022–2024). Her live-action credits include the Roadhouse Waitress in Sonic the Hedgehog (2020), Elizabeth Hawkings in Supergirl (2015), and Kiki in You (2018).
