Fowler is known for her role as Grace in Wes Anderson's Bottle Rocket (1996). Her other credits include six episodes of the television series Wishbone (1995) and a guest appearance in Sons of Thunder (1999). She also appeared in the television films Kaleidoscope (1990) and Island City (1994).
