Biography
Sheelin Choksey is an American television director and producer. Born in 1977 in Baltimore, Maryland, he is a first-generation Indian American who trained in film at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts before relocating to Los Angeles.
He worked in production on The Closer (2005–2012) and its spin-off Major Crimes (2012–2018), serving as producer and co-executive producer on the latter while directing ten episodes. He has directed episodes of series including Superman & Lois (2021), Chicago Fire (2012), How to Get Away with Murder (2014), Station 19 (2018), The Resident (2018), DC's Stargirl (2020), All American (2018) and 4400 (2021).
