Biography
Sheila Phillips is a television producer. She has worked as a producer on the Apple TV+ series Sugar (2024).
Her other credits include associate producer on Madam Secretary (2015–2017) and co-producer on Surface (2022) and Manhunt (2024). She has also held production roles on series including Cloak & Dagger (2018), L.A.'s Finest (2019) and Government Cheese (2025).
