Biography
Sheila R. Lawrence is an American television writer and producer. She wrote episodes of Gilmore Girls (2000) and served as producer, supervising producer and co-executive producer on the series from 2001 to 2004.
Her other writing credits include episodes of Mad About You (1992), Ugly Betty (2006), Desperate Housewives (2004), Hart of Dixie (2011), Bunheads (2012), Imposters (2017), The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (2017) and Love, Victor (2020). She has also held producing roles on Ugly Betty, Private Practice (2007) and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Lawrence has won one Primetime Emmy Award.
