Biography
Shepard Fairey is an American artist and graphic designer who has appeared in several documentaries and television programmes as himself. He is credited as Self in the 2010 film Exit Through the Gift Shop, directed by Banksy.
Fairey has also provided a voice for an episode of The Simpsons (2012) and appeared in Portlandia (2015) and Bones Brigade: An Autobiography (2012). His work in street art and design, including the Barack Obama "Hope" poster, has led to his involvement in films about contemporary art and culture.
