Biography

Sherman Marks (25 October 1912 – 4 April 1975) was an American television director and producer. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he worked extensively in American television from the 1950s through the 1960s.

He directed episodes of numerous series, including Mission: Impossible (1966), Batman (1966), Bewitched (1964), The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (1964) and Petticoat Junction (1963). His other credits include The Paul Winchell and Jerry Mahoney Show (1950), Panic! (1957), Mike Hammer (1958) and General Electric Theater.
