Biography
Shigeki Asakawa, also credited as Shigeteru Asakawa and 浅川 茂輝, is a Japanese cinematographer working primarily in anime. He served as cinematographer on the television series Attack on Titan (2013).
He has acted as director of photography on a range of anime series and films. These include Aesthetica of a Rogue Hero (2012), Hunter x Hunter: Phantom Rouge (2013), Servamp (2016), Devils' Line (2018), 7SEEDS (2019), The God of High School (2020), I'm in Love with the Villainess (2023) and Attack on Titan: THE LAST ATTACK (2024).
