Biography
Shinji Ogawa (born Haruhiko Ogawa) was a Japanese actor, voice actor and narrator. He was born on 19 February 1941 in Setagaya, Tokyo, and died on 7 March 2015 in Tokyo.
Ogawa provided voices for numerous anime productions. His credits include the Diplomat in Ghost in the Shell (1995), Gordon in Cowboy Bebop (1998), Fukushima in Patlabor: The Movie (1989), and Rayregalia Vers Rayvers in Aldnoah.Zero (2014). He was also known for dubbing foreign films and series into Japanese. He was affiliated with the Herringbone agency, having previously worked with Office Osawa.
