Biography
Shinya Fukumatsu is a Japanese voice actor and stage performer. Born on 30 November 1958 in Tokyo, he trained at the Bungakuza Acting Institute and has worked in theatre, anime, video games and foreign-film dubbing since the 1980s.
He is known for voice roles including the Magician in Paprika (2006), Businessman A, Soldier and Fox in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (2009), Judge in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (2012), Kenji Mitsuura in Mob Psycho 100 (2016), Butler in Steins;Gate (2011) and Toshiyoshi Kawaji in Rurouni Kenshin (2023). He has been affiliated with Mausu Promotion.
