Biography
Shirin Najafi is a television writer. She has contributed to the Hulu revival of Futurama (2023–2026), serving as writer and executive story editor, as well as to American Auto (2021), Connecting... (2020) and Grosse Pointe Garden Society.
She grew up in Northern California and graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Economics. After two years in investment banking she moved into entertainment writing. Najafi is an alumnus of the Sundance Episodic Lab and NBC's TV Writers Program.
