Biography
Shweta Venkat Mathew is an Indian film editor, also credited as Shweta Venkat. She rose to prominence as editor of Anurag Kashyap’s Gangs of Wasseypur – Part 1 (2012) and Part 2 (2012).
Her other credits include That Girl in Yellow Boots (2011), Hasee Toh Phasee (2014), Newton (2017), Hichki (2018), Kalank (2019), Haseen Dillruba (2021), Maharaj (2024) and Uunchai (2022). She has also worked as consulting editor on the series Made in Heaven (2019). She is married to director Vinil Mathew.
