Biography
Sidney Beckerman was an American film producer. He was born on 26 November 1920 in Brooklyn, New York, and died on 27 February 2008 in Los Angeles, California.
Beckerman produced Kelly's Heroes (1970), Joe Kidd (1972), Marathon Man (1976) and Bloodline (1979). He served as executive producer on Red Dawn (1984) and The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension (1984). As president of Allied Artists, he was involved in bringing Cabaret (1972) to the screen.
