Biography
Simon Massey is a British television director. He has directed episodes of numerous series including The Bill, Ballykissangel, Monarch of the Glen, Stella (series 3–6), Striking Out, The Tuckers and Young Dracula.
Massey directed multiple episodes of Skins, serving as lead director on series 3 (2009), for which the series won the BAFTA Phillips Audience Award. His earlier credits include the documentaries Madchester and Paper Marilyn (nominated for a Royal Television Society Award). He is married to actress Lorraine Pilkington.
