Biography
Sonia Almarcha is a Spanish actress. Born in Pinoso in 1972, she graduated from Valencia's Dramatic Art School in 1989 and trained further at the William Layton laboratory.
She made her television debut in 1995 in the series ¡Ay, Señor, Señor! and her feature film debut in 1996. Almarcha is known for her performance as Adela in Solitary Fragments (2007), for which she won the Best New Actress award at the Actors and Actresses Union Awards, and for playing Adela in The Good Boss (2021), which earned her a Goya Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Other credits include roles in The Realm (2018), Veronica (2017) and the series Locked Up (2015).
