Biography
Sophia Hammons (born 16 November 2006) is an American actress. Born in South Pasadena, California, she moved to Boulder, Colorado at the age of six and began performing in musical theatre.
She appeared in the Netflix docudrama The Social Dilemma (2020) as Isla and starred as Amy in the Disney Channel films Under Wraps (2021) and Under Wraps 2 (2022). Hammons also played Celeste in the Hulu series Up Here (2023). She made her feature film debut as Lily Reyes in Freakier Friday (2025).
