Biography
Sophie Lee is an Australian actress. She began her career as a model in Australia and Japan before appearing in the 1988 television film Raw Silk. She hosted the Nine Network series The Bugs Bunny Show from 1990 to 1992 and the series Sex in 1992.
Lee is known for her film roles including Tania Degano in Muriel's Wedding (1994), Tracey Kerrigan in The Castle (1997), Yvonne in Holy Smoke (1999), Linda in Bootmen (2000) and Nina in He Died with a Felafel in His Hand (2001). She received an Australian Film Institute Award nomination for best supporting actress for her performance in The Castle. She has also appeared in television series such as Dance Academy and Puberty Blues, and has written children's books.
