Biography
Stan Alexander is an American actor and retired rheumatologist, also credited as Dr Stanley Alexander. Born on 23 February 1933 in Santa Barbara, California, he provided the uncredited voice of Young Flower in Walt Disney's animated feature Bambi (1942) at the age of six. His performance was later used via archive sound for the character in the 2023 short Once Upon a Studio.
After his brief early work in film, Alexander studied medicine at UCLA and the University of Southern California School of Medicine, with residency training at the Mayo Clinic. He went on to practise as a rheumatologist in California and is married to Gail M. McNamara.
