Biography
Stanford Sherman is an American screenwriter and television writer. Born in Akron, Ohio, he has written for both film and television since the 1960s.
His film credits include the screenplay for Any Which Way You Can (1980), Krull (1983) and The Ice Pirates (1984). He also wrote the story for the 1978 bilingual film Shalimar (also known as Raiders of the Sacred Stone).
On television, Sherman contributed episodes to Batman (1966–1968), The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (1964–1967), The Rat Patrol and Jericho.
