Biography
Steen Schapiro is a Danish film editor, director and teacher. Born in 1967, he is based in Copenhagen.
He served as the main editor on all three seasons of the Danish thriller series The Killing (2007, 2009 and 2012). Schapiro has edited numerous other television series for Danish broadcasters, including Seaside Hotel (2013), Tidsrejsen (2014), Juleønsket (2015) and Theo & Den Magiske Talisman (2018), as well as feature films and documentaries.
