Biography
Stefano Rulli is an Italian screenwriter born in Rome on 3 October 1949. He has frequently collaborated with Sandro Petraglia on screenplays for films and television series.
His credits include The Best of Youth (2003), Romanzo Criminale (2005), My Brother Is an Only Child (2007), Suburra (2015) and two episodes of the series The Young Pope (2016). He has also directed documentaries, including Un silenzio particolare (2004).
Rulli was married to the writer Clara Sereni until her death in 2018; they had one son.
