Biography
Stephen Prime is a television editor and occasional director. He edited 158 episodes of the sitcom Friends (1994) between 1996 and 2004, and directed one episode in 2001.
Prime has edited numerous other series, including 127 episodes of Mike & Molly (2010–2016), as well as episodes of Superior Donuts (2017–2018), Night Court (2023–2025) and iCarly (2021). He has also worked as a producer or co-producer on several shows and received eight Primetime Emmy nominations for picture editing, primarily for Friends.
