Biography
Stephen Uys is an actor and writer. He appeared as Victor Lemley in the 1990 film Metropolitan.
Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Uys spent his early years in London and Cape Town before emigrating to the United States as a pre-teen. He trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City and performed in off-off-Broadway productions before his screen appearance in Metropolitan. He later turned to writing.
